This policy explains how Restock handles information for its B2B ordering, catalog, credit, repayment, payment, and notification features. Last updated: May 13, 2026.
What we collect
Restock may collect your phone number, business profile, role, shop details, category, delivery details, product catalog information, order history, credit limit records, repayment records, payment references, uploaded payment proof, device metadata, and support messages.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate users, connect dealers and retailers, show catalogs, process orders, calculate available credit, display repayment ratings, record payments, send notifications, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and provide support.
Who can see what
Dealers can see retailer details needed to manage orders, credit, blocked relationships, repayment confidence, and payments. Retailers can see dealer catalog, payment, order, and dispatch information relevant to their purchases.
Payments and credit
Restock tracks payment status, repayment activity, order dues, and credit utilization so both sides can understand outstanding balances. We do not ask for card details on this website.
Realtime updates
The app uses realtime database events for order, catalog, notification, and payment updates so users do not need to manually refresh key screens.
Data security
Access is limited by role-based rules and row-level security patterns. No platform can promise perfect security, but Restock is designed to restrict data to the business relationships where it is needed.
Contact
For privacy requests, corrections, deletion questions, or support, contact the Restock team from the app support channel or the business contact shared with your onboarding team.
